  • E-Wallets: We accept payments through popular e-wallet services such as GCash and PayMaya.
  • Installments: We offer installment payment options through partner financing companies like Home Credit and Credit Cards (subject to approval).

Important Notes:

  • All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
  • Payment will be required before the shipping process begins.
  • Orders will only be processed after payment is confirmed.

We offer fast and reliable shipping options to ensure your orders are delivered safely and efficiently throughout the Philippines:

  • Standard Shipping: Our most affordable shipping option, with delivery within 5-10 business days depending on your location.
  • Express Shipping: For quicker delivery, choose our Express Shipping, which delivers in 3-5 business days. This option may be available for major cities and areas.
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over PHP 100,000 nationwide. This is automatically applied at checkout if your total qualifies.
  • Same-Day Delivery: Available in select locations (e.g., Metro Manila). Place your order before 12:00 PM to receive your order on the same day.

3. Delivery Areas

We deliver across the entire Philippines, including:

  • Metro Manila
  • Luzon
  • Visayas
  • Mindanao

For Rural or Remote Areas: Delivery to remote or rural areas may take a little longer than usual. We will notify you of any changes in estimated delivery times.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping Rates: Shipping fees for standard shipping are calculated based on the weight and size of the product, as well as the delivery address. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout before confirming your order.
  • Express Shipping Rates: This service comes with an additional fee, depending on the delivery area and the size of the order.
  • Free Shipping: Orders that qualify for free shipping will have no delivery charges.

Note: We currently do not offer international shipping, but are working towards expanding our delivery network in the future.


5. Order Processing and Delivery Times

  • Order Confirmation: After you place your order, you will receive a final order confirmation page with the details of your purchase. Please follow the instructions on the page to complete your order. Make a note of your order number. If any items are out of stock or there are any issues with your payment, we will notify you immediately.
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that order processing may be delayed during peak seasons like holidays or sales events.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery times depend on the shipping method and your location:
    • Metro Manila: 2-4 business days (Standard), Same-day delivery (Express)
    • Other Regions: 5-7 business days (Standard), 1-3 business days (Express)

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your package’s journey directly on the shipping carrier's website.


7. Delivery Issues

In case of any delivery issues, including delayed or lost packages, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@techmura.online or call +639959301825. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


8. Returns and Exchanges Due to Shipping Issues

If your product arrives damaged or defective due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can assist you with a return or exchange. Please see our Return and Exchange Policy for more details.


9. Additional Notes

  • Customs Fees: For domestic deliveries within the Philippines, there are no customs or import fees.
  • Delivery to P.O. Boxes: We currently do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so please ensure you provide a valid residential or business address.
  • Multiple Orders: If you have multiple items in your order, they may arrive separately. You will receive updates on each shipment.
