TECHMURA - Return and Exchange Policy

Return and Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Defective Products: If the smartphone, laptop, tablet or other device you received is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Incorrect Items: If the item you received is not the one you ordered.
  • Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind within 7 days of receiving your order, you may be eligible for an exchange or store credit (terms apply).

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  2. Provide Proof of Purchase: Please have your order number, proof of purchase (invoice), and photos of the item (if defective or damaged) ready to share with us.
  3. Request the Return/Exchange: Let us know if you'd prefer a return for a refund, an exchange for a different product, or store credit.
  4. Return Shipping: You will be provided with return instructions. In most cases, the return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective or we made an error in the order.

3. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

  • The device must be in unused, unopened condition (unless defective).
  • All original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included.
  • The device must not be damaged, scratched, or altered in any way.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Any free gifts or bonuses received with the device must also be returned.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Devices that have been opened, activated, or used.
  • Accessories, such as earphones, chargers, or screen protectors, unless defective.
  • Products that are marked as final sale or discounted.

5. Refund Process

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase (e.g., bank transfer, credit card).
  • Processing Time: Please allow 10-15 business days for us to process your refund after receiving the returned item.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% may apply to returned devices unless the product was defective or we made an error in the order.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchange Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is out of stock, you can choose an alternative model or receive store credit.
